Rush Orders:

Your order will normally process & ship in three business days. Orders requiring shipment in advance of three days will be accommodated for an additional charge of $25.00. Please indicate this prefernce in an email to us (see contact page).

Payment:

Accepted payment is Visa, Mastercard, American Express and Discover.

Sales Tax:

Washington, DC residents add 5.75% sales tax.

Returns:

No returns on bulk herbs.

Declined Credit:

Please note our website does not retain credit card information for your safety. We retain credit card information in our office files for our reference and to meet the requirements of our credit card provider. Your information is not shared with any outside sources. Our shopping cart is set up to provide S&H charges at the time an order is placed. By placing an order on our website you agree to these terms.

Cancellations:

You may cancel your order within 72 hours of having placed it. The merchandise must returned within 15 days of the original shipping date to credit your account. If the order has been shipped, you will been charged all shipping charges. The shipping fee will be charged to the credit card on file. Please allow at least 7 business days from the date we recieve the returned goods for your credit card to be credited for the canceled order.
